Advertising agency liability insurance – also known as E&O insurance. This protects the agency owner from claims brought against the agency by clients, regulators and even competitors. The policy covers against allegations of libel, slander, copyright infringement, and other intellectual property violations. Traditionally a “named-perils” policy, the basic ad agency liability policy can be broadened with certain “all risk” type endorsements.
